What’s the Idea?
The remaining members of Take That and Robbie Williams are reuniting,
for a one-off live charity concert on Friday 29th May.
What’s the story
Take That and Robbie Williams are performing together once again.
If, like me, you are a fan, I’m sure be excited by this news.
I’ve been enjoying many free online concerts,
That are being streamed since the lock-down.
Then a friend posted on Facebook that she was ‘Interested’ in attending this event,
So I had a look myself and discovered to my delight,
That Robbie, Williams, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald
are performing ‘together’ again.
The performances are happening from their respective homes,
As a one-off charity gig.
The concert is being streamed live on Friday 29 May from 8pm,
Using two different web platforms, Facebook and YouTube.
So you can choose which one you prefer.
The performance will be held under the Meerkat Music banner,
And this is the first concert being organised in conjunction with the price comparison website – Compare the Market.
See below to find out how to actually watch it!
People should do this because…?
Firstly, if you are a Take That and Robbie Williams fan,
this is a great opportunity to see these guys perform together again.
Secondly, you can enjoy it from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Thirdly, they haven’t been together since 2018,
so who knows when they will perform together again!
Finally, the concert is being organised in aid of charity.
To raise money for music therapy charity – Nordoff Robbins,
As well as Crew Nation, which helps to support concert crew,
who are unable to work during the coronavirus outbreak.
Those are 4 pretty good reasons!
How do you do it?
The performance will be hosted by Meerkat Music,
who own Compare The Market, a price comparison website.
On Friday 29 May at 8pm watch the gigs streamed live on:
- Aleksandr Orlov’s (founder of Compare the Meerkat) CompareTheMeerkat Facebook page or
